Strategic Product Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of business operations. You will be responsible for defining and leading the delivery of product simplification initiatives across consumer and business customers.

You will contribute your expertise towards strategic design and execution pathways for product transformation agendas in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic product roadmaps across all banking brands
  • Driving execution through cross-functional partnerships to deliver target state products and decommission non-target state products
  • Securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in for product transformation agendas by achieving prioritisation and funding
  • Ensuring change is delivered within risk appetite while improving process performance and adherence to governance standards
  • Gathering and assessing opportunities for product, process, and system improvement for priority at QBR/Value Stream Governance Forum
