Job Title: Community Resident Liaison

This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service to residents in our village community.

  • Lead the effective delivery of resident services including enquiry triage, resident information updates, collaboration with accounts and acting as reception/administration support
  • Responsible for the delivery of resident activities such as happy hours and outings
  • Collaborate with Sales Advisors and Regional Operations Managers on village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of resident services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff and families
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail skills
  • Able to work independently and learn new skills quickly
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
