Full Time
role working
Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700
.
Proposed start date 25 September 2025.
In this role you'll work independently within our village office.

At Ryman, our Resident Services Coordinator wears many hats.
Some duties within this role include:
Lead the effective delivery of the village resident service functions including; triaging enquiries, updating resident information, collaborating with accounts and acting as village reception / administration
Be responsible for the delivery of resident activities - this includes happy hours (Thursday's are the best day of the week in a Ryman village) and various outings
Collaborate with the Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days
About you
To thrive in our fast-paced and varied environment you will:
Have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced and varied environment
Be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities
Be comfortable working independently - as a result of this be prepared to learn new skills
Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
Place a high emphasis on customer service and work hard to deliver exceptional service to our residents
Have outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
