About the Role

The Travel & Onboarding Officer plays a vital part in the Human Resources team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress). This position is responsible for managing travel arrangements for Congress staff and facilitating seamless onboarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel logistics efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding processes, guaranteeing a smooth transition for new hires.

This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure that travel arrangements are managed smoothly and new employees are welcomed and integrated into the organization effectively.

RequirementsSkill Set
  • Proven experience in employee onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in managing travel itineraries, expenses, and onboarding documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with travel agencies, internal stakeholders, and new employees.
