Exceptional Customer Service Advocate

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This role involves fostering strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders, while maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring interactions are consistently documented within the CRM system.
You will champion a customer-centric culture, acting as a problem-solver and conflict resolver, with excellent oral and written communication skills and empathy for customer situations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating outstanding service and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Managing customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistency in CRM documentation
Requirements include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of aviation security legislation, standards, policies, and procedures (desirable)
