Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistency in CRM documentation

Requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of aviation security legislation, standards, policies, and procedures (desirable)
