About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position at the Health Manager Level 2.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership development programs, managerial development and aspirational career development programs across the Local Health District.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs to meet the needs of the LHD.
  • Manage and develop individuals and teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Plan, design, deliver and evaluate development programs for a diverse workforce in a complex environment.
Key Selection Criteria
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity and capability that aligns with the vision and values of our organisation.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
