We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our retail team.

Main Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements, and share this expertise with customers.
- Maintain a visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stock management.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic and supportive team to achieve sales goals.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the supplement industry.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
