Departmental Leadership

**Job Summary:**

The Head of Department is responsible for driving clinical leadership, strategic direction and vision for the department.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and training support to clinicians across multiple disciplines.
• Contribute to initiatives in human resource management, clinical governance and service enhancement.
• Establish, monitor and maintain frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes.

**Requirements:

• Demonstrate specialist registration with a relevant medical authority and hold Fellowship of a relevant medical college.
• Exhibit a proven history of clinical excellence and commitment to clinical leadership.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.

**Note:** This role requires participation in on-call rosters and providing timely on-site responses.
