Leadership Opportunity in Education and Care

This is a part-time position involving leadership responsibilities within an education and care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding staff to achieve excellence in education and care, providing coaching and support to build staff capacity and confidence, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring staff to achieve excellence in education and care
  • Providing coaching and support to build staff capacity and confidence
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Paid Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025) or willingness to obtain
