Dental Officer Leadership Position

The Senior Dental Officer will be responsible for leading a team of oral health professionals and providing high-quality patient care in an SNSWLHD cluster.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to multi-disciplinary oral health teams.
- Manage complex situations and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Supervise and manage oral health teams using effective human resource management practices.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and patients to resolve complaints and improve service provision.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist is required.
- Proven experience in general dental work, including advanced and complex procedures is necessary.
- Ability to travel long distances and participate in overnight stays (if required).
The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of oral health professionals. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in oral health service delivery.
