Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a driven and energetic professional to join our team in Orange NSW.
This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with physical and psychological conditions, supporting them to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, leveraging your expertise in occupational therapy to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
In this dynamic role, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, while receiving support from a strong, close team and access to global corporate resources.
Your duties will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy
- Strong time management skills
- A current NSW Driver's Licence and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
