We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.

The role will involve working with clients who have experienced injury or illness, providing support and guidance to help them return to work and achieve their full potential.
- Leverage your networks and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities for rehabilitation
- Develop and nurture relationships with employers to provide tailored support for their organisation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support
- Perform assessments to determine the best course of action for each client
- Work closely with clients, employers, medical specialists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Requirements:- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
- Significant experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
