**Job Title:** Residential Restoration/Construction Division Manager

Job Description:

The Residential Restoration/Construction Division Manager will oversee the full life-cycle of production processes, ensuring high-quality projects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Manage reconstruction projects by delegating tasks to estimators and team members.
  • Maintain customer communication on job status and conduct performance reviews.
  • Hire and train new team members, leading weekly meetings and resource management for emergency services.
  • Create work orders, schedule vendors and subcontractors, and oversee on-site foremen.
  • Approve purchase orders, collaborate with Accounts Receivable on collections, and review estimates.
  • Provide weekly project updates, give constructive feedback, and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners.
  • Resolve conflicts, audit customer service, manage budgets, and monitor safety, quality, and training opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five years of experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration/Construction industry.
  • Class A or B General Contracting Licenses are preferred.
  • An Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
