Job Opportunity:

The department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery and completion of large-scale residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage high-rise tower redevelopment projects from conception to handover.
  • Lead project coordination, budgeting, cash flow management, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and risk/issues management.
  • Develop and implement efficient project administration systems, including document tracking and control.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Private Public Partnership (PPP) is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, construction contracts, and project completion processes.
