Electrical Section Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Section Manager to lead our electrical team in growth, operations, and technical excellence.

Job Summary

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the electrical discipline, including design, staff development, workload management, profitability, morale, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong client relationships and drive marketing efforts.
  • Manage technical and operational activities of the electrical discipline.
  • Engage design partners early in project stages to inform design intent.
  • Develop and review project budgets and scopes for the electrical discipline.
  • Schedule and coordinate work performed within the discipline.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a related field.
  • Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on role.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
