Electrical Distribution Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead electrical distribution projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and providing technical leadership on medium to large-scale distribution line projects.

As an Electrical Distribution Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project life cycle, including scope development, team assignment, project execution, quality control, schedule management, and budget oversight. You will also be responsible for leading the QA/QC process and ensuring delivery of high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project coordinators, and administrative staff, to deliver successful projects that meet client needs and business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to motivate and direct project teams, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

In addition to your technical expertise and project management skills, you will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical distribution engineering and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate and direct project teams
