As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests while supporting our housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay.The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide a high level of customer service, handle guest check-ins and outs efficiently, and accurately use our park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
