Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage elected member entitlements, training, travel, and expenses
  • Provide governance advice to elected members in line with legislation and policy
  • Maintain the elected member portal and website content
  • Manage the council services listing in the city's relationship management system
  • Provide effective reporting and information relating to elected member services
  • Drive change projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in business management or equivalent experience
  • Advanced customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in project coordination and governance support
