We are seeking a seasoned Company Secretary to join our Governance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all aspects of good corporate governance and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary in maintaining effective corporate governance practices
  • Ensure timely preparation and lodgement of ASX disclosures, ASIC reports and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of company meetings, resolutions and minutes
  • Develop and implement processes to improve governance and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in company secretarial roles, preferably in an ASX listed organisation
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
