Environmental Sustainability Leader, Australasian Real Estate

We are seeking a talented Environmental Sustainability Leader to join our team in Australasia. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our environmental sustainability strategy and implementing sustainable practices across our corporate teams and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental sustainability programs to embed sustainability practices across our corporate teams and assets;
- Manage and deliver large-scale sustainability change initiatives, ensuring operationalization within our corporation;
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Finance to prepare public sustainability disclosures;
- Contribute to the development of our environmental sustainability strategy, climate strategy, and net zero roadmap;
- Work with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability within our workplace systems and culture;
- Degree in Environmental Sustainability, Communications, Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sustainability principles;
- Proven experience in delivering sustainability reporting and climate-related disclosures, with a solid understanding of their relationship with financial reporting;
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing environmental sustainability programs;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent program management capabilities, and sound data and numerical analysis skills;
- A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience;
