Procurement Manager

Dexus is a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group, managing a high-quality Australasian real estate and infrastructure portfolio. We are seeking a Procurement Manager to support two priority capability builds in the development of digital enablement of the procurement operating model and a supplier management framework.

The successful candidate will bring leadership in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation, playing an important part in building out how Dexus can optimise value in its management of suppliers. This role will focus on:

Supplier Value Management

  • Establishing the supplier management framework's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Developing core building blocks to manage suppliers, including supplier segmentation, policy, procedure, and technology

Procurement Technology Management

  • Designing procurement data models for suppliers and categories
  • Creating procurement analytics dashboards for spend, supplier performance, procurement commercial, and risk KPIs

Commercial Management

  • Delivering the best value commercial outcomes from supplier engagement

The selected candidate will be a highly commercial procurement leader, motivated by a role with an enterprise-wide view where they can shape end-to-end procurement in Dexus. They will bring the ability to balance process speed and agility with the correct controls in place. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with strong stakeholder influence and management ability.
