Job Title: Receptionist & Database Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Database Administrator. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams, including email and correspondence management, telephone calls, and client enquiries.
  • Ensure the office is presented in an exceptional manner, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, data management, and other tasks as required.
  • Support the sales and management teams in coordinating and assisting with functions and events.

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work autonomously and well under pressure.
  • Previous real estate admin/reception experience preferred but not essential.
