About the Role

This is an opportunity for a values-led leader with commercial acumen and emotional intelligence to build powerful partnerships and secure funding at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the corporate and philanthropic sectors, especially in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

A strong focus on major gifts and corporate giving requires a proven ability to design and deliver donor and partner strategies that drive systemic change in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive stewardship and retention plans for both individual donors and corporate partners.
  • Produce compelling proposals, partnership packages, and communication materials that articulate the organisation's mission and measurable impact.
  • Drive engagement with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion to develop co-branded initiatives and employment programs for people with disability.
  • Conduct in-depth prospect research and identify values-aligned corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic institutions.
