We are seeking Speech Pathologists to support individuals with their care needs.

Our team provides a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

Job Role

This role involves providing supports to NDIS participants living in various areas, including Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabombera & surrounding areas.

Supports are provided to individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. Our team assists people with early intervention, feeding, early language, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC.

As part of our team, you will be working closely with other professionals and have opportunities for career progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Early Years caseload (0-5) – Early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)
  • School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation.
  • Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
  • Neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups.

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
