Allcare Community Support focuses on individuals with disabilities who are NDIS eligible and in need of support. We seek experienced support workers to play a vital role in enabling independence and social participation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily activities such as meal preparation, domestic assistance, and social support
  • Encouraging participants to reach their potential and pursue their goals
  • Managing challenging behavior and promoting positive and socially appropriate behavior
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting participant dignity and right to privacy
  • Responding to crises and seeking assistance when necessary

Essential Requirements

">

We require candidates with:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of Certificate IV/Diploma in Youth Work or Certificate III in Disability/Personal Care, and two years relevant experience
  • Current Level 2 First aid HLTAID003 and CPR certification, and other compliance documentation
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Available Shifts

Flexible shifts available, including after-school hours and weekend days.

• Australia work authorisation required.
• Melbourne VIC ability to commute required.
