The Opportunity:

This is a casual role offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You will be providing assistance with daily tasks, social inclusion, and community participation, enabling our clients to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes.

About You:

We require our Support Workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who can build rapport and relationships with our clients. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • a can-do attitude and genuine interest in helping others
  • various hobbies and interests that can be shared with clients
  • experience in various outdoor pursuits and activities
  • a practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment to care
  • enjoyment in social activities, one-on-one engagement, and creativity
  • sensitivity and emotional stability
  • strong communication and organisational skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must possess:

  • a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent
  • a current National Police Certificate
  • a Valid Driver License and your own, reliable vehicle
  • physical capability to meet the requirements of the role
  • a Current First aid Certificate
  • Smart Phone and internet access
