Job Title: Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that promote independence and return to work
  • Collaborate with clients, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care
  • Navigate funding schemes to empower client recovery

Requirements:

  • Australian recognized degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, ASORC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
