Senior Property Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for real estate and client service to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts, preparing journal entries, and managing outgoings reconciliations across a portfolio of assets.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) preferred
  • Proficiency in MRI/Yardi property accounting platforms
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

About Our Opportunity:
