Job Overview:

This is a highly commercial finance leadership position within a diversified real estate group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of assets, including all asset-level accounting, analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified property finance professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate field, preferably in an operational, business-facing role. A proven leader with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of assets
  • Asset-level accounting, analysis, and reporting
  • Financial and commercial insights for the portfolio
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Team management and growth
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management

Requirements:

  • Qualification in property finance (CA or CPA)
  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate field
  • Operational, business-facing experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
