Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, P&L analysis, and variance commentaries.
  • Portfolio Management: Prepare journal entries and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across a diverse portfolio of assets.
  • Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for financial reporting matters.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support: Support audits, system enhancements, and new asset transitions.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
  • CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MRI/Yardi property accounting platforms is essential.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
