About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Advisor to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition & Volunteer Insights Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective volunteer attraction strategies to meet the needs of our community programs.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL CHURCHES, COMMUNITY GROUPS, AND PARTNER ORGANISATIONS TO FOSTER VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT.
  • MANAGE ONBOARDING AND SUPPORT PROCESSES FOR VOLUNTEERS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH TRANSITION INTO OUR PROGRAMMES.
  • Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention rates.
  • Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to support organisational development.
  • Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
