Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage the allocation of transport resources, ensuring all Same Day pick-ups and deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.

This role involves coordinating fleet resources to meet tight service deadlines, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transport allocation and costs according to operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to achieve service deadlines.
  • Monitor resources, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving operational issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fleet coordination and customer service.
  • Knowledge of metropolitan Sydney.
  • Understanding of OH&S Legislative and Regulatory requirements.
