About Fleet Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate fleet resources and ensure all Same Day pick-ups and deliveries are completed efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage transport allocation and optimize costs in line with operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes in regard to meeting tight service deadlines.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring calls, enquiries, and emails are actioned and responded to promptly.
  • Track resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues specific to the Same Day service offering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in fleet allocation is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of metropolitan areas is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced operations is crucial.
  • Sound understanding of OH&S Legislative and Regulatory requirements is vital.
