Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle compliance - registrations, servicing, inspections, and licensing">
  • Support tow truck operators to remain compliant with policies, permits, and performance standards">
  • Coordinate minor truck repairs, manage after-hours breakdowns, and maintain strong supplier and repairer relationships">
  • Manage truck stock, equipment, and test & tag schedules">
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure resources are in place to meet KPIs, contracts, and customer demand">
  • Assist with incident investigations, complaints, and resolution processes">
  • Keep fleet facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained">
  • Generate reports, process invoices, and maintain accurate fleet administration">

To succeed in this role, you will bring a mix of organisation, problem-solving, and people skills. Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-focused, supporting day-to-day admin while keeping an eye on compliance.

They will also be able to stay calm under pressure and think quickly when unexpected issues arise, communicate confidently with various stakeholders, take a hands-on approach when it comes to vehicle or stock management, have a customer-first mindset, balance service quality, cost, and efficiency, be adaptable and enjoy the variety of no two days being the same, and be comfortable using a range of computer systems and applications.
