Job Overview:
The role is responsible for leading the implementation of industrial instruments within corporate systems, enhancing governance structures and driving compliance outcomes across all levels of Queensland's Employment Framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, oversee, and co-design the implementation of legislative and industrial change requirements across payroll and rostering systems.
- Lead and manage the delivery of statewide business change projects, monitoring compliance across the integration of legislative, industrial, and policy changes into Queensland's corporate systems.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate performance measures, including clear and thorough interpretation of industrial relations instruments, business change requirements, processes, procedures, and adherence to policies, developing recommendations to improve efficiencies, enhance outcomes, reduce organizational risk, and ensure compliance.
- Prepare, analyze, and provide strategic advice, support, and recommendations on complex and sensitive documentation, including briefings on system integration strategies, risk mitigation plans, project plans, and policy/discussion documents, as well as correspondence and performance reporting.
