Job Title: Senior Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Executive Leadership, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership, including diary management, travel arrangements, and preparation of papers and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring timely and effective logistics.
  • Foster effective communication with stakeholders, including the Minister's office, Director-General, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates, including the Corporate Gift Register.
  • Contribute to a motivated and supportive team environment, actively participating in performance conversations to drive performance improvement.
