About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Payment Solutions Expert to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Business Payment Solutions Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial wellbeing of our business customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for our business customers to grow and prosper.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest business and financial trends, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategy and provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business cases that drive growth and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales data, using our business tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on business customers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
