Job Description

As a Business Analyst on our Acquiring team, you'll play a crucial role in building seamless payment facilitation experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, manage conflicts, and validate requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing current state acquiring solutions and identifying/assisting with the design of future state processes and solutions.
  • Supporting the integration of business needs with technology solutions through analyzing information, understanding stakeholder requirements, and defining effective solutions.
  • Forming and maintaining effective relationships with third parties, including Vendors, Outsourced Partners, Business Partners, and Clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Studies, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, with supporting artefacts such as technical specifications, sequence diagrams, and data mapping.
  • Demonstrated experience working with payment systems, including digital payments, payment orchestration, Open API, and AS2805 / ISO8583.
  • Advanced presentation, communication, and visual thinking skills.
