About the Role

Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our Estimating Team in our Head Office based in the Perth CBD on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and submissions of proposals, working collaboratively with the estimating team and wider business.
  • Provide administrative support to the Estimating Manager and Estimating Team as required.
  • Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance with requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in the development of bids and proposals, including research, drafting, coordination, review, and refining of tender submissions.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position within the energy and resources industry and hold tertiary qualifications in business administration or similar. You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities, plan, and make decisions.
