As a Proposal Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the preparation and submission of proposals. Working collaboratively with the estimating team and wider business, you will ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and well-written.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer the proposal development process to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Provide administrative support to the Estimating Manager and Estimating Team as required
  • Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance with requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical specifications
  • Assist in the development of bids and proposals, including research, drafting, coordination, review, and refining of tender submissions
About You

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the energy and resources industry and hold tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field. You will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities, plan, and make decisions.

You will also possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. A can-do attitude and proactive approach are essential, as well as the ability to work both within a team and independently.

Strong skills using MS Office Suite and understanding of document control software are also required.
