Job Title: State Sales Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive performance and build winning teams in New South Wales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies, report progress to senior leadership
  • Drive sales growth and meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets (Sales, SGP, DOP, EBITDA)
  • Implement pricing strategies on time; maximize margins and profitability
  • Identify and win new accounts within established guidelines
  • Recruit, train, and manage account managers and technical service representatives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to ensure team success
  • Lead and motivate the sales & service team; remove obstacles and address performance issues
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to all accounts and maintain product/equipment standards
  • Promote CRM usage (Salesforce) and ensure accurate customer data and productive time management
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards through safe behavior and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with sector managers and BDMs to execute sector-specific strategies
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience, building high-performing teams
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; able to sell comprehensive solutions
  • Business acumen, goal-driven, and committed to growth
  • Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel interstate as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
