Job Overview

This is a strategic role that requires the ability to translate goals into actionable plans and deliverables. You will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to support change management, operational excellence, and regional program delivery.

  • Lead the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC.
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze data to inform evidence-based decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage one direct report, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
