Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Leader

About the Role

This senior-level position involves driving business unit growth by developing and executing strategic plans, collaborating with senior leadership to structure and execute complex deals, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

  • Developing financial models, pricing strategies, debt/equity funding, and ROI targets for CAPEX-heavy projects to support the AI division's objectives.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market.
  • Managing end-to-end deal management, from initial customer discussions to full project delivery, and providing commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership on how to optimize the growth of the AI business unit.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial modeling, deal execution, and analytical skills, with experience engaging with high-level stakeholders, including global technology clients, hyperscalers, or infrastructure players.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business unit growth strategies.
  • Deal Structuring & Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals.
  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with global customers to understand their needs, propose solutions, and drive projects from initial engagement to execution.
  • Financial Modelling & Analysis: Develop and analyze financial models, pricing strategies, debt/equity funding, and ROI targets for CAPEX-heavy projects.
  • Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, corporate finance, infrastructure fund, management consulting – ideally with infrastructure, renewables, power & utilities or data centres exposure.
