Job Overview:

The People Services Coordinator will be a key contributor to our operations, providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support for employees throughout their journey, including onboarding and internal movements.
  • Business Improvement Projects: Assist with general people projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Service Support: Participate in customer service hotlines on a rotating roster, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate smooth transitions during internal movements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance employee experience and drive business results.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a coordinator role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
