Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize business needs, developing targeted solutions to address talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations challenges.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance leadership skills, improve communication, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior business partner or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
