We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet and Facilities Administration Officer to join our team.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of our fleet, including maintenance, inspections, registrations, and insurance.
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests, inspections, and contractor visits.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for fleet and facilities management.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organisation's vehicle, fleet, and facilities.
We operate across all major airports in Australia and provide services for Ramp, Baggage, Cabin Cleaning, and Passenger Services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong working relationships with staff and clients.
- Commitment to operating procedures and values.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within fleet or facilities management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems.
