Clinical Team Leader Opportunity

Our Early Intervention Centre in Manly is seeking a talented Clinical Team Leader to spearhead the growth and development of our early intervention services. This role offers a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to lead a team of allied health professionals and educators, providing quality care and support to young clients and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a leading and innovative early intervention centre, making a daily impact on the lives of children, families, and the community. You will work in a fun, play-based environment with amazing colleagues, and join a team of state and national early intervention leaders committed to excellence, innovation, and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of allied health professionals and educators
  • Develop and extend managerial and clinical leadership skills
  • Provide quality care and support to young clients and their families
  • Manage a leading and innovative early intervention centre
Requirements:
  • Qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker, registered teacher or early childhood educator
  • Considerable experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health
  • Past experience in leadership and managerial roles
