Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist.
- This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with injured workers, employers, and treatment providers.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in early intervention practices, preferably within the workers' compensation industry;
- A tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or a related field;
- A current Driver's License; and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting community-based visits, providing accurate information to stakeholders, and actively measuring the effectiveness of early intervention involvement.
