Customer Service Officer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the EDI Ordering process at a leading fashion wholesaler in Australia.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will work closely with major clients to manage large order volumes through the EDI process from receipt to invoice, requiring strong time management, attention to detail and fast problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, initiative, and the ability to develop product knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EDI orders from receipt to invoice
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Accounts Receivable, Operations & Supply, Sales & Marketing Departments) and external clients (e.g. major retailers)
  • Develop product knowledge efficiently in a dynamic environment
