We are seeking skilled labourers to join our team at Zancott Recruitment in Adelaide. As a Civil Construction Labourer, you will be working on various projects in the Northern and Southern Suburbs.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects contributing to the development of suburban growth in our region. You will have the chance to gain experience working on subdivisions, construction sites, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and report hazards, use PPE, and follow workplace safety standards.
  • Work safely and efficiently on large-scale construction sites.
  • Familiarity with site preparation, earthworks, trenching, and other general construction tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Help with site preparation and cleanup.
  • Support other trades and labourers as needed on various projects.
Requirements
  • A White Card is essential.
  • A car and licence are preferred.
  • You must be able to pass a Urine Drug & Alcohol Screen and complete a fit for work assessment.
  • You need to provide working rights and two checkable work references.
  • Able to work remotely.
Desirable Skills
  • MR/HR Truck Licence.
  • Plant tickets, such as a roller or skid steer.
  • High Voltage Spotter.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
